Beachbody fitness is all about balance. It’s not about doing only a few reps or doing a few sets. It’s about being in the moment.
I don’t like it when people talk about workout DVDs or videos that don’t tell anyone how to use their own body. For instance, this is a video of a woman who does a few sets of pushups for 2 minutes and then repeats that exercise for 10. This video has a lot of women doing pushups with the same exercise without any weight. If you can find a video like that you are doing a great workout. The problem is that these videos are not done with any weight.
Well, if I was to say, “I can’t be doing pushups because I’m a girl” I would probably get a lecture about sexism in the fitness industry. But if I were to say, “I’m a guy and I can’t be doing pushups” then there would be a lot of pushups.
Now, if I was to say, I am a guy and I cant do pushups then there would be tons of pushups. This video is for men who, like me, can’t do a single pushup and want to. If I am to say, I am a guy who cant do a single pushup then I would have to take a video or just do a video of me.
This video is for those people who think Beachbody is for women only, and you know, if you dont know what beachbody is, then dont watch this video.
As you can see, this guy and I are the only ones in the video. So, if we are to say I am a woman who cannot do a single pushup then this video is for women who say they can never do a single pushup. This video is for men who say they can do a single pushup. What we are doing is to show you the body type that says I can do a pushup.
In the video, I’m using bodybuilding.com to measure my reps, and the guy is using Beachbody. In the video, I am using Beachbody’s website and my body is 7’0″ tall. Not that big of a deal, but if my actual body is 7’0″ tall I will not be able to do a single pushup.
I see, so you’re saying that you can do a single pushup but you can’t do a single pushup. I guess that would be true if you were a man. But, as I say, you’re a woman and you can’t do a single pushup. This video is for women who say they can never do a single pushup.
Yes you can do a single pushup, but you won’t be able to do a single pushup. Beachbody is a weight training site that lets you set a set number of reps per exercise and then compares you to other people who have done the same exercises. If you are a woman, however, you won’t be able to do a single pushup.
This is true, but you can still lift weights. And beachbody says you can do any weight with the same movement and the same number of reps. So if youre a woman, you can still do a single pushup. But youre gonna have to use a special kind of barbell that Beachbody sells to you.
