14 Reasons You Can Blame the Recession on Nordstrom Software Engineer Intern

I have been interning at Nordstrom for three years now and I can tell you that the company is a disaster.

The executives are clueless, they create nothing but problems for us interns to solve. And while we’re trying our best to make something out of their messes, customers leave in droves because no one wants anything from this store anymore.

It’s not all bad though; there are a few people who actually seem to know what they’re doing around here! They rarely speak up about it either – which makes me think maybe they don’t really care when this place goes under? Unless someone does something pretty quickly..it might be too late already!

Do any of these sound familiar? You should blame your recession on Nordstrom Software Engineer Intern.

Unreasonable deadlines and unrealistic expectations

Too much work for too few people to handle it all

Lack of communication or feedback from executives about what’s going wrong, causing more problems than they could ever solve themselves

Constant power struggles between departments internally that prevents anything from getting done at all – even when everything is perfect externally! It feels like we’re in a pressure cooker just waiting for the lid to blow off any day now!

And then there are those who seem content with letting this company die..I don’t know how anyone can feel okay watching us struggle without giving us some kind of support? Things need to change here fast before our whole team goes under.

Hire more people in order to handle all of our work tasks we are given every week!! Quality needs to come before quantity now because that is what makes us stand out from other software companies who just want an intern for their company instead of hiring somebody who is more qualified for the position that we each deserve.

Here are some of my thoughts and feelings about this topic:

I think it’s unfair and disrespectful how many times I’ve heard stories where a person has been working at Nordstrom Software Engineer Intern for five or more years then they’re just let go because the company wants to save money by hiring unpaid interns.

We need a higher pay rate and we deserve it, when people are doing this job with all of our skills, experience, dedication and time! The Nordstrom Company should be compensating employees fairly as well as paying them in full on top of providing benefits such as health care so everyone at every level can take care of themselves. If you ask me I think its fair but many disagree? Why do you agree or disagree?

Nordstrom Software Engineer Interns should have same benefits as other employees.

The Nordstrom Company should provide health care to all of their interns so they can take better care of themselves while working at the company, especially when it is unpaid and you are not able to make enough money elsewhere due to being an intern. This way we will feel more comfortable in our work environment which would encourage us to do a better job. We also deserve for them to compensate us fairly because many people who start out this internship have no idea what they want from it or what skills they have that could be beneficial otherwise I think the wage rate might be lower but why? I don’t understand!

I believe that compensation rates need to be raised because the money isn’t enough for adults let alone someone who is still in college and needs to buy textbooks.

I don’t understand how they expect us to pay rent, groceries, or school debt if we are only making $12 an hour! It’s ridiculous that a company like Nordstrom doesn’t want to help their interns succeed more so than what it would cost them by providing these benefits. If I could make just a little bit of extra money while getting my foot into the door here at this company then I might be able to get out from under all this student loan debt sooner rather than later but why?

These companies should really start listening when people complain about low wages because you can see on social media that people are not happy with their progress.

I’ve seen so many college graduates who don’t have any job experience and they’re getting hired for these $12 an hour jobs! It’s as if companies like Nordstrom think that we will never be able to find a real job, or higher pay in the near future but I really want to prove them wrong. If only there were some way for us interns at this company to make money while still interning here then maybe it would help me get out from under all my debt sooner rather than later?

What’s more, is that we are only getting paid for two hours of work a week!

That means I don’t really get any money at all right now.. What am I supposed to do with my free time?

“Becoming an apprentice in the upper echelons of society was once restricted by heredity or apprenticeship; today it is achieved through education.” – John F Kennedy

In America, people like me have been turning into unpaid interns who intern for months on end without any pay let alone benefits. We’re not just working hard though–we’re being used as cheap labor so companies can keep wages low while continuing to make millions. As we all know, the economy is doing terribly. So much so that it’s not just affecting our lives but dramatically changing them. I’m living proof of this because I’ll be graduating from college soon and will have to live with my parents for at least six months before being able to afford rent (or even a car). The last two years was spent in an unpaid internship working full time hours without any pay or benefits–a job where I learned skills that are supposed to help me get a real one. But what if there aren’t any other jobs? What if companies don’t hire people who studied journalism like myself? How am I going to survive then? The good news is though, you can blame
