And we also buy so much more food that we need a smaller box than what we need to get enough food in our diet. We also buy so much more of stuff that we can’t eat it all in one sitting.
I think the most important thing is not to buy big, or to buy too much, or to buy too much at a time. I think the most important thing is not to buy out of convenience. I think the most important thing is to eat food and drink water. And drink water when you need to. But I also think the most important thing is to have a good sense of personal hygiene.
I agree with all of this, but for me it’s still a lot easier to be picky and not buy out of convenience. It’s easier to skip out on things that are not necessary, but I don’t think it should be easier to skip out on things that are necessary.
