Whether you’re a new or experienced Pokémon trainer, it is important to know what will happen when you use your Eevee in battle!
The first myth is that the higher your Eevee’s happiness, the better its evolution. This isn’t always true! In some cases, you may get a worse variation of an Eevee if it has too much energy. A happy medium is usually best for evolving your little friend into one of seven different Pokémon!
Another common misconception is that giving Eevee certain types or colors will result in specific evolutions. The truth: this doesn’t matter at all! If you’re trying to evolve your favorite type of Pokémon and have already completed their evolutionary tree, we suggest using our quick stats guide on __ (insert link here). It tells which battles are most likely to give you what kind of outcome with minimal effort
Mixed Myth: There is a way to tell which type of Eevee evolution you’ll get before even starting the game– but how? Busted Myth: In actuality, there are many factors that contribute to what kind of an Eeveelution your little guy or gal turns out as.. and only some people seem to actually be able to do it!
Evee evolves based on its personality value (similarly for other Pokemon) – this is why sometimes their personalities don’t match up with expected evolutions like Jolteon from Timid nature. Eevee can also evolve based on the time of day, but only when it’s in a particular location.
This is why some people are able to do what we call “the trick” with their level one Eevee while others just don’t get it at all– even if they’re trying really hard! It turns out that there are many factors contributing to whether or not an Evee evolves into certain types of Pokémon, which means your chances aren’t always 100% guaranteed! There may be other things going on behind the scenes affecting your potential
Myth: Eevee Evolutions are Random – FALSE Eevees evolution in Pokémon GO is not random. Instead, it depends on how you evolve your Eevee as well as the time of day and what’s nearby when you do so! This means that there are some tricks to getting the evolution you want from an Eevee which we will explore below.
Myth: Early Morning/Night = Jolteon or Umbreon – FICTION In order for an early morning or evening-specific Pokemon like a Jolteon or Umbreon to spawn, they need certain criteria such as level 20+, weather conditions (cloudy), location near water etc. They cannot simply spawn anywhere at any
The truth of the matter is that this myth was created because in Pokémon X and Y, there are no moves that can be taught to an eevee other than fairy type moves. So if you’re trying to evolve your eevees into something else by giving them these types of moves, they will not work!
Again, another false claim made up because of how we now know–or think we know!–that Jolteons and Flareons are created from a fusion of the two types that make up their name.
This is false because there’s no evidence outside of just thinking it through and trying out different strategies on your own Pokemon game! So for all those trainers who have been saving up multiple stones in order to try get certain evolutions with them–I’m sorry but you’ve been wasting time! I know this will be hard to hear but as far as we can tell, one stone type should work for ALL EEVEES so long as you have a high enough level.
Nope, this myth is not true!
This one’s false too but it might be easier for you trainers out there who haven’t played Pokemon games in awhile! Let me explain the difference between what I’m saying versus Myth 03–because of how these stones work in your game we believe that a trainer will need to use all three types over time on their specific Eevee and then wait until Level-up+whatever other requirements are needed to finally get them to evolve (but like I said, you’ll need to use all three types over time).
This myth is false! You might have a difficult time evolving your first-generation starter type if it’s not “normal” or its final evolution isn’t normal (your odds are better with the other starters), but that doesn’t mean an eevee won’t ever be able to evolve into anything else. It just means they’re going to take some more work on your part and/or luck. The number of steps differs from person to person–like I mentioned we believe there’s no way for us trainers out here in 2017 know exactly how many times you need to use Eevee before it evolves.
This myth is true, but not always! For instance, a Jolteon might have better stats than an Umbreon or Vaporeon in some cases–but like I said earlier, there’s no way of knowing how many times you need to evolve them before they’ll get those improved stats (or even if that will happen at all). It also depends on what types of moves are available for different eeveelutions; sometimes electricity-type attacks might be more effective against certain enemies. So just because one type has stronger numbers doesn’t mean it’s always going
The first thing to take into consideration is that Eevee’s evolution are not guaranteed. No matter what, there will be an element of chance involved which means you can’t predict the outcome and your chances never improve with each try. A lot of people think they’ll get a better result if they save before getting one type eevolution, but this doesn’t work either as it’s really all about luck.
Evolving an evolved form counts for both steps in its evolutionary line (for example: Jolteon) -False! Only the final stage counts when meeting conditions like this. -Evolving Eevee into a new form with no evolutionary relatives will result in the same type of evolution (for example: If you evolve an unevolved Vaporeon) -False! This is true for some Pokemon, but not all. -The rarer the species of Eevee, the better chance it has to develop into its evolved form -False! It’s actually completely random what happens when evolving any particular one and there are no guarantees at all. How to Evolve Eevee Into Its Final Form? The best way we can think of that works most reliably is by saving before getting your chosen evolution as this increases your odds at least somewhat. There also might be
