I like to try and find a way to go to the gym while still being able to be in the moment and truly enjoying it. I decided to try out a spin class at my local gym and this one was a hit. I loved the instructor, the workout, and the atmosphere. I could have gone to a spinning class at home, but I didn’t want to miss out on the sweat, the joy, and the fun.
I have a feeling that the gym was more so meant to be the place where I could do spin classes at home, but not in the gym, which is where the instructor worked. That’s probably why I feel like I needed to try it out at the gym. The way I’m going to spin in this class is going to be very different from how I’ve spun in my spinning class at home.
I’ll just say its gonna be hard to keep the same rhythm when you’re spinning in a different environment. The best way to do this is to do it at home first, then do it in the gym. I think you can have a little bit more control there.

The problem is that most gym classes are overkill. Most gyms will tell you that it is okay to skip a class, but that they can’t do anything about it. You are just giving them the chance to screw up your exercise routine. If you want to go to the studio and miss some classes, you can.
In our own gym, the workout is more about the cardio. We use weights and cardio machines, plus we use the treadmill. Its definitely more intense, but that is because we have some of the best trainers in the area.
The trainers are there to make you feel better, not to make you lose weight. This makes our gym incredibly popular. Most days, I can go in and be a member of the gym and have a full schedule.
