To get in the morning, it’s important to have that 5 minute meditation. We shouldn’t be distracted by external things that keep us from our meditation practice. The things we do have to do are all within our control and we never waste any time doing them. This is why meditation, particularly in the morning, is so important.
Meditation is a great way to focus your mind and to relax your body. Meditation is also a way to calm the mind and to clear your body of any thoughts that may be distracting you. Meditation in the morning can help with the same things that meditation does in the evening.

The thought of spending five minutes with your eyes closed can seem like a bit much, especially when you’re in front of a computer. It’s a lot easier and more effective to just sit down and do a few minutes of meditation before you go to work.
This morning I got up about 5 minutes past the hour. I spent about 20 minutes getting up and doing a few minutes of meditation, and then I went to work. It worked! I felt like I had a real connection with the process of waking up and being awake. Now, if I could just have my morning cup of coffee, that too would have been fine.
While I agree that you should always do something physical for a good start to your morning, I would recommend doing something else. Something as simple as sitting in a chair for a half hour, going to your desk, and then maybe sitting down and doing a simple meditation. This is actually a lot easier than you might think.

I think I have a tendency to find myself sitting at work for far too long, even if I’m not doing anything wrong. And, as you can see from this video, I do sometimes find myself sitting down and meditating.

I think the thing about meditation is that it is a state of mind for which we can apply a lot of different techniques. Some people like to focus on the breath or some other body motion. I like to focus on the visual. I think the best way to do this is to sit in front of a white screen, with the white of the screen behind me.
I like to use a white screen because it is the easiest way to set aside my attention, so when I begin to meditate I will take a break to do a little bit of the visual meditation.
Another way I like to work my visual meditation is by looking at my phone. I also have my computer on, and I can see the screen of my phone through my computer. I’ll look at my phone, and the screen will turn white, and I can use my computer to focus on it.
The white screen is a good way for some of us to take a break. We can look at our phone, or our computer, and use the white of the screen as a distraction, or our eyes to look at something else entirely. It can be distracting when you’re trying to focus on something else, but it can also be a way to relax and calm yourself down.
