This morning I woke up early and wrote a list of the 5 minute meditation techniques that I found helpful for daily meditation. I think that meditation is a good tool to help you focus on the present moment, and I have found that it can be really helpful for getting your day started off on the right foot. I hope you try out some of these techniques and see if they help you get on track.
Well, for one thing, it helps to focus on the present. For another, it helps to write down the techniques you’d like to use. I found that meditating in silence, in a room that you have closed doors for, or in a chair with no head support helped me a lot. I’ve been using it for about a month now.
The reason I bring this up is that we are all here for a reason, and if we don’t pay attention, it can be easy to lose our minds. Meditation is the most common form of distraction, but it can also be very beneficial. It can help you to focus your attention on your breath, on your body, and on your thoughts. It can also help you to calm your mind and give you a better outlook on your day.

It’s a good idea to meditate. The trick to getting regular meditation time is to start it right in the morning. I usually set the timer and do a deep breath while the timer ticks down. I then do a half-hour or two-hour interval. I can tell when I start getting bored with that interval because I start getting restless. Once I get bored and start thinking about how I can get better, I will start getting bored again.
