This super-fantastic carb-burning version of the classic Gatorade is my favorite post-workout drink. It has a great flavor and has a ton of electrolytes so you don’t feel like you’re being dehydrated. I swear by it every single day, but it has a quick-fix in the form of a refreshing drink.
