I was never a fan of high-intensity training, but this seems like a good option for beginners. I love that it is a good way to get cardio that doesn’t require you to be in a gym and doesn’t require you to run or jump. The treadmill will provide you with a steady pace for a minimum of 15-20 minutes, which is much more than my usual routine of running outside and then doing my HIIT at home.
It does take a little bit of time to get used to the machine, but once you do, it’s a fun and easy way to get your heart rate up, and a great low-stress way to burn calories. This is especially true if you run outside, as you get to keep your heart rate up without having to move at all.
To get started, simply go into your work computer and download the “hiit treadmill software”. You will need to enter your serial number and password in order to get started. I would recommend downloading it from the link below, rather than the link above, given that the above link includes a warning that you could be downloading spyware and viruses.
Once the hiit treadmill software is installed you should be able to set the timer for a minute and then run your computer for about 90 seconds. Once you quit the program, you will see little numbers in the lower right corner of your screen that indicate your heart rate. Try it out for a few minutes and see what you think. If you want to burn as much calories as you can, you will do so by running a computer for a minute. You may also want to stop running it for a few minutes to get your heart rate back up. Just like with a regular treadmill, be sure to run with your feet slightly lifted.
It’s actually not that hard to figure out how to control your heart rate on your computer. You can just put a few buttons on your keyboard, and you will be able to set your heart rate with just a few clicks. You can also set your heart rate by watching a video. The video should be very short, and if you can’t see the video you can still find a way to find it online.
To get your heart rate up, you will need to do a series of mini-repetitions. You will run for about ten minutes at a time, and you will do the entire series of repetitions. The point of this exercise is to put your heart rate back to the rate it was before you started the exercise.
When trying to work out, sometimes it’s a bit of a guessing game. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard about people doing this for the first time, and then thinking they were doing it right when they got halfway through and ended up doing a few too many. This is where the mini-repetitions come in. You can set your heart rate to 100% for a period of five to ten seconds. Then you can slowly raise it back up.
And like all things, it’s not always easy. If you find yourself needing to increase your heart rate back to a comfortable level, start with a low one. You can find a heart rate monitor online that’s easy to use, and it will give you a good starting point. If you can’t even get your heart rate to that point, you’re doing it wrong.
I can’t help but notice that this is one of those things that seems to become easier the older you are. I remember when I was 25 and I was still working out. I didn’t care as much about my fitness as I used to, but I sure did like to see how far I could go on a treadmill. And now, I am at a level where I don’t have to worry about my heart rate.
