If you don’t know what self-awareness means in the context of obesity, you might be getting a bit confused. Self-awareness is a state of being in which you notice your own thoughts and feelings, and you can change the way you think about yourself. For instance, a person who’s always been overweight might know that in order to lose weight, she must exercise, so she doesn’t think about it.
Well, if a person is overweight, I wouldnt expect them to exercise. I would expect them to be aware of that fact, and to try to change their thoughts and feelings about themselves in a healthier way. So, in this case, they might get angry if they cant exercise, but they might also realise that exercising is essential to losing weight, and try to change their thoughts and feelings accordingly.
Obesity is in fact a serious problem. According to the CDC, in 2006 more than 26% of U.S. adults were obese. Of this number, 26% were male and 27% were female. This means that approximately 16% of the U.S. adult population is obese. So, that means that obesity is a major societal problem.
Obesity is not a problem that can be solved by simply exercising. It takes a lot of work and a lot of effort to lose weight. It takes a lot of energy and a lot of willpower to eat properly. And that’s just not enough to make it through the day. That’s why it’s a problem at night.
Obesity is a problem that’s not going away, but it is a problem that needs to be addressed. The fact that obese people are more likely to be unemployed, less likely to be in school, and more likely to be unemployed, less likely to be in school, and more likely to be unemployed all go together in the idea that obesity is a serious issue.

The second layer of self-awareness is the ability to recognize that our eating patterns are not good for our health.
