Let’s face it…we are a nation that is obsessed with food and yet we are also obsessed with our cars and our phones.
In my opinion, food consumption is the number one factor that determines how we feel about ourselves and our bodies. Being alive is about having a good meal, and that comes from eating healthy. If you want to get healthier and look like the coolest person in the world, learn to cook. If you want to get super cool, get into makeup and hair. If you want to have a nice body, get into yoga.
I think people who eat healthy have a better body. If you want to get super cool and look super hot, you should eat healthy. If you want to look super cool without getting super hot, you should go to the gym. If you want to look super cool and not have a hot body, you should wear makeup. The same goes with getting super cool.
I think a lot of us who want to look super cool and don’t have a body to show for it are people who are lazy, who don’t exercise. I’m not one of these people. I want to look super cool without having a body to show for it. I have a body, but I’m lazy and I don’t exercise. I just want to look super cool without a body to show for it.
I love my body, but I hate my body. I don’t care if its sexy. Its my body. I dont care if its hot. Its my body. I dont care if i look cool. I dont care if I look hot. I dont care if I look sexy. I dont care about how i look (as long as I keep my body looking hot).

One of the interesting things about modern life is that we are now constantly surrounded by images and visuals that we are bombarded with 24/7. The problem is that we are always on autopilot, we aren’t aware of and controlled by our inner dialogue, we don’t control our actions, and we aren’t even aware of our habits. We’re constantly on autopilot, and the result is a life of constant novelty.
I do think that a lot of people feel that their image is a good representation of them. But that doesn’t mean it needs to be a representative of them from their perspective. I am a human like the rest of you. I am not the same as you and I will never be the same as you. But a lot of people assume that because they have a body they must be the same as everyone else. I disagree.
I think the point is that we are only as good as our actions, and our actions are only as good as our habits. A lot of people have a few habits that are hard to break, or even realize they have a habit that is difficult to break. So we need to start with the habit of making a change. It doesn’t have to be anything too drastic. If we just make a conscious decision to break a habit, that habit will usually break. That’s what I do.
I know what you are thinking, but I must point out that I am not saying that its always a bad idea to make changes in our lives. I am just saying that the best thing to do is to start small and build up over time.
