I believe that we are always learning and evolving. There is always so much that we are not yet aware of. We just have to keep learning and growing as much as we can.
For example, I have to admit that I was not happy with the idea of my first fitness video ever being a fitness routine. But I was also very happy it was being edited for the web and in a way was a self-revelation video.

Maybe you should try it too. I mean, when you’re trying to lose weight, you don’t want to look like you’re just lying around on your couch watching TV. I’m sure there are many benefits of being on the go, as well.
I think the ab fitness video was more like an exercise routine to make sure you were working on things you needed to do, rather than an actual exercise routine. Because most of the ab fitness videos that I watch are probably really boring and not even really interesting.

I think that the ab workout looks great when youre in a good mood. But in a bad mood, the ab workout can look like it was made to look really intense. Like if youre constantly sweating, the ab workout will look like its really hard.
If youre feeling a little worn out, you can switch up your ab workout. Maybe just keep it short and put in some cardio. You don’t have to go to the gym if you don’t want to, but I don’t think it’s that bad. It just depends on how tired you are, so it could be a good thing to take a break from the gym for a bit.
