So I did the workout. I did it for about 10 minutes, then I checked my email and my phone. I went back to work.
I have to say, it was a pretty tough workout. I didn’t do it at the gym, I did it at home. I decided to take a walk to clear my head and just chill out, so I took a break from work and walked all the way to the bathroom, where I was taking a hot shower. Afterwards, I went back to work. And then I found myself checking my email and my phone again. So I took a break from work.
But you should totally do it. It’s awesome. I think it would be fun to create a countdown workout, where you do it for 10 minutes and then go back to work for 10 minutes. You could even write a cheat sheet for it. Just do it when you have a few minutes to spare, and you’ll be really good at it.
For the rest of us who have to work later, here’s a workout I did. Go grab a bottle of water, some snacks, a towel, and a yoga mat. Then go to the bathroom and take a hot shower… and then come back to your desk and do another 10 minute countdown workout.
I know, it might be hard to follow. But I think you will enjoy it, and once you get the hang of it youll be good at it.
If only the internet had a cheat sheet for the countdown workout. Thats what Ive been doing lately on my blog. Ive been doing it for hours and hours. Its amazing how well it works. Once youve learned it, you can do it all day long, and it wont hurt your waist.
It might take you a few tries to get it, but chances are youll get it once you get the hang of it. The best part about it is that its not so much about the workout itself, but the way it makes you feel when youre working out. I can tell you from experience, my body felt happier and more rested when I worked out. Its really all about the feeling, and how you feel after youve worked out.
It’s like a high or a buzz, a kind of euphoria. I’m not sure what it is exactly, but it helps you feel better when you’re busy. Like you dont feel so sluggish anymore.
The feeling of getting stronger and fitter is what makes this workout so effective. Its so effective that it actually makes you feel good. Its kind of like a “good” workout, except the only way to get good at it is to work out. So youve only got to do it three times a week, and when youve done it all, that feeling will linger forever.
If youve got a busy day, or just like to get more and more fit everyday, this is a workout you should take up. It’s proven to boost your energy, reduce your stress levels, and help you do better in the gym, on the run, in a game, in your job, in social situations, etc.
