I first came across this pose in a book called “Three Levels of Self-Awareness”. It’s an amazing approach for developing the children in families of caregivers while they are still very young and not yet able to do yoga poses. This pose is about as basic as Yoga poses get, with gentle yet powerful movements. I really love this. And it’s a great way to start your child on the path of self-awareness.
It’s just another example of how yoga can be a good way to prepare children for life after they graduate from elementary school. This is not a pose for the faint of heart. I mean, I’m sure everyone could do something that is more difficult than this, but I want to stress that this is a great way to start your child on the path of self-awareness.
Now, when this becomes their practice, they can start to do even more, like practicing yoga with their friends. I like this because it is a wonderful way to start your child on the path of self-awareness. It also helps them develop social skills.
