And also, to keep weight off you need to keep your weight lower than you were before you started on the diet. If you were 160lbs and your weight went down to 120lbs, you would lose about a pound in the first month. And if your weight went down to 90lbs, you would lose maybe a third of a pound. So if you want to lose weight you need to make it a little easier for your body to lose it.
