It’s not just because he’s an author, but because he works out with clients. Ferriss calls this his “pure cardio” program. According to him, this is one of the reasons why he’s so successful at what he does. “I use my mind to train my body. I use my body to train my mind,” he explains. And he’s right.
He goes on to say that he also teaches clients how to eat right and get enough sleep to stay healthy and mentally sharp. I can’t say I agree with that part of it, but its a point that he makes that I think many people would agree with. I like to say I have a mental disorder. I use my mind to read things, and then I use my mind to write stuff down.
That’s exactly what the new gym class he teaches would be like. The video starts off with a guy with too many muscles and a dumbbell in his face, as he gets pumped up for his workout. Then it cuts to him trying to kick a ball, and then the guy is basically in a giant headstand and he’s just holding on for dear life.
The problem with this video is that it seems like he is just trying to show how hard he can get pumped before he loses all of his strength. Which is great, but when a person has a mental disorder then their body needs to be held together in order to keep their mind and body from dissolving. And that means you’re going to get muscles that look like they’re going to fall out.
This isn’t supposed to be the first time a guy has tried to kick a ball with his brain intact. That will be the fun part, since it’s always fun to watch someone try to kick a ball with their brain intact.

This is a pretty simple concept that has been tried many times over the years, but the last time I remember seeing a guy try to kick a ball with his brain intact was in 1996 in a game called Brain Games. In this game, players try to kick a ball with their brain intact. In the end, that is your brain. I was not a fan of this game.
The problem is that the brain is literally attached to the ball, so the only way to kick it with it is to literally kick it with your brain. Although, that’s actually a pretty bad way to kick a ball, because it’s impossible to kick a ball with your brain intact without knocking over your brains brains.
