this is a favorite morning routine of mine. I love to wake up at 7 am and start my day off by getting up, walking to the dog, and then doing a workout, before going to the dog.
I think it’s important to get out of your own head a bit so that you have the time to do things that you might not otherwise do. I find that my “doggy morning routine” gets me out of my head and into another place where I can be a better employee, instead of a slave to the office treadmill.
I also like to start my day off with a workout. Not a ton of time but it will get me out of my head. Not so much that I forget I’m a dog.
My routine is pretty much similar to yours. I start my day by reading my favorite cat, then my favorite dog, and then my dog. Sounds like a lot of reading to be done in a day, but most of the time it’s not. I also exercise on a regular basis, although not as much as I should. I’m currently training for Ironman.
I also like to start my day with some sort of workout. I train for a ton of different things, including Ironman, so I get pretty good at it. I do not, however, train for the Ironman. What I do is simply run outside, walk, and do various exercises. I do this because I feel like it makes me feel better and is also a pretty cool way to start my day.
I can’t lie and say I’ve never trained for the Ironman. I have in fact done it twice. I did it twice because it’s a pretty good time-saver, and I didn’t have to deal with the intense training that Ironman requires. However, I’ve never trained for Ironman because I don’t want to be a professional athlete.
Ive trained for a couple of Ironman races before, and the fact that I have never done it because I dont want to be a professional athlete is ridiculous to me. I would love to be a competitive athlete, but I know that I wouldnt be happy doing that.
I know you guys are all in the business of competitive athletes and all, but, I dont think that you should be competing in Ironman. There is a difference between a training race and a competitive race. Its just like going to the Olympics or the World Championships. Its not like were making these tests harder, its just that we have to train harder. This is why I think that you should never train for an Ironman.
Well, we all want to get fit, be strong, and be healthy, right? But, I think that there are other reasons to be in the gym besides just working out. I like to work out because it’s good for me. It makes me feel good and helps me feel good about myself. I like to work out because it’s fun. I like to have fun. I like to have a good time.
