This is a staple exercise for me that I do every single day. It is, however, something that has always been a bit of a struggle for me to do consistently. I am a runner and a strength-trainer so I can’t exactly go to the gym and do this workout every day. What I do instead is do it every other day. This can help me avoid injury and improve my overall performance, and I find it to be a much more effective workout.
When I first started doing this I hated it because I couldn’t really do it at the gym. That is, I could only go up to a certain number of reps on each exercise. But when I began working out with Beast I found that I was able to do the same exercises I used to do at home. The reason I like this workout so much is simply because I can do it anywhere. Unlike the gym workouts, you don’t have to stop and walk.
Beast workouts are the same as any regular workout. They’re just harder to do. Like the Beast and Beast.com workouts our guys have done, you do it every day, every week, and it usually takes about 3 months to get to a point where you’re getting good. But you do have to work at it, and in order to get good, you have to work at it hard.
I know what you’re thinking, “But how do you know when you’re getting good?” and I’ll tell you how: you stop doing bad. This is important. Bad workouts lead to bad results. If you do bad workouts, then you’ll get bad results. But if you stop doing bad workouts, then you’ll become good.
You have to work at it. This applies to most anything you do. You can run, swim, lift weights, swim around a pool, or anything else, but you have to work at it each and every day. The key to good fitness is to find a pattern. Once you have a pattern, it becomes a habit, a routine. If you have a bad workout, you might not do it every day. But if you do it every day, then youre getting good.

I’ve never actually seen a human being get a bad workout. In fact, I think in my life I’ve never seen anybody get a bad workout. I mean the gym is nice, but even if I thought I would be working out in there, I’m still not going to go in, I’m still not going to get a pedometer.
This is why most people hate working out, because you can’t tell what is going on and what is actually doing anything. A bad workout is bad, but good is good. It’s not just because you don’t want to sweat, it’s because you don’t want to be working out at all.
I can completely understand that feeling. In fact, I think most people who are put into a bad workout are put there for a reason. Bad workouts are not for the faint of heart, and they are bad for your health as well. If youve ever had someone tell you that they are going on a bad workout, then youve been in that person for a while. It is usually a result of a lack of sleep. Lack of sleep causes dehydration, which causes fatigue.
