I was recently sent an email by a reader asking the question, “What do you do to keep yourself physically active”. I responded, “I play tennis 3-4 times a week, and I’m active in my daily life.” She responded back, “How many times a week do you exercise?” I asked, “I play tennis 3 times a week, and I’ve been exercising for a few years.
Tennis is a great way to get in better shape, particularly if you’re on a fitness plan. Plus, it’s a very social sport. If you can’t run a 3K in one day, you don’t look like a champion at all. If you can’t run a half marathon in one week, you don’t look like a champion at all.
It is true that the more physical you get, the more people notice. Thats why I have a gym membership with my wife and children. The more you sweat, the more you look like a champion at all.
If you workout enough, you start to look like the most champion at all. You get better looking. You look better, more confident, better dressed, and you get better at all the things that people care about. But for most people, the more they see, the more they care. I know I care more about the things that I see, but only a few people actually care about the things I care about.
I can’t say I’m particularly impressed with how many calories I’ve burned at the gym so far, but I do have to say that I’m very impressed with how much I look like a champion at all, and I’m not even trying. I’m just not that impressed.
The only thing you care about is how you look. This is the key to success because it is your ability to focus that determines success. You are only as good as you are focused. To focus, try to use the same words over and over again. What are you focusing on? What are you focusing on? You may even want to focus on something that you are not focused on, like the color purple.
While this may seem like a silly idea, it’s actually a great one. Everyone should try to focus on one thing all the time. We’re constantly seeing people try to focus on the wrong thing. For example, my girlfriend and I are constantly seeing the same thing, which is our hair. We have it cut so that it looks like we have a bald head. She thinks it just looks bad, so she constantly asks me what I’m doing before I answer.
A great example of where this concept works best is when we are discussing clothing. We are usually talking about the outfit we are going to wear today, and how we wish we were wearing something else, like a more casual outfit. The problem is that since we are talking about clothes, we are focused on the wrong thing. This is like going to a party and thinking about what we will wear to the event, instead of how we will feel about the party.
The trick to this is simply to focus on what is important, not what is wrong. If you think a party dress is wrong, you are probably not wearing it. So stop thinking about what you will wear or what you will feel about it. This will prevent you from focusing on what you should be thinking about and will help you to feel good about the outfit you are wearing.
By thinking about what you will wear, you can better identify what is right. And this is also the time to do a little self-analysis, to figure out how you feel about your current outfit, and how you feel about it now. Because you might have to wear it for a while, you might not feel like wearing it again for a while.
