My new favorite breakfast and lunch dish is this basic, but hearty, recipe. The recipe was adapted from an episode of The Good Wife.
The eggs are cooked in a frying pan until they are just cooked, but not soft, but not hard. They are then whisked and then thrown into a blender to make them scrambled.
I’ve been eating this every morning for breakfast for a while now and I’m still not sure what to think about it. On one hand, I could eat it every morning and not be happy. On the other hand, I’m not sure I can live without it. I like it because it is simple, hearty, and healthy.
This isn’t the only time I’ve eaten it, and I think I’ve eaten it a few more times than that. I’d definitely recommend it though, especially if you live on a farm and need eggs to make a smoothie.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with eating scrambled eggs, but I don’t think it belongs in the same category as eggs benedict or omelettes. It seems more like a breakfast cereal than an egg dish.
I’ve eaten scrambled eggs pretty much every morning in the past few years, but I’ve never said I would eat them every morning. I think I am just too lazy.
Well, I agree. There are a ton of egg dishes, and some of them are very good. But I think they kind of fall into the category of breakfast cereals, and I don’t think scrambled eggs should be part of it. There are some places where I eat eggs pretty often, and it is a regular thing in my house.
My answer would be YES. I would eat scrambled eggs almost every day. But you can’t beat the taste of real eggs when you are fresh and raw.
I would be happy to eat my eggs every day, but I don’t think they should be a breakfast cereal dish. There are a lot of breakfast cereals that are awesome, and so are they breakfast dishes. But scrambled eggs are always on the table for me and then I take them to work or school, and then I eat them in the car or at the office. I think scrambled eggs are pretty good, and I think they deserve to be there in the breakfast pantheon.
