Yes! You can freeze scrambled eggs in the cup of your freezer. Once you’ve peeled them, put them in a Ziploc bag and keep them in the freezer for up to a week. Simply defrost in the microwave and add them to your meal. I’m a proponent of using frozen eggs and you can get a good frozen breakfast or side dish idea from the other side of the breakfast table.
