So this week, I decided to take a 30 day challenge and I’ve found it to be a very effective method to clear my mind and body of all the stress and fatigue.
In this 30 day challenge, you do nothing for 30 days. It’s like a challenge that works for those with busy schedules who want to reset their body clock. The challenge is to start each day by doing 30 minutes of low-impact aerobics (like doing some yoga or walking), then jump into a 15 minute elliptical class, and finally walk for 30 minutes. It’s not so much to be “getting healthy,” but more so to reduce stress levels in the body.
There is a lot of research and debate about when we should start to follow a structured exercise plan. Some say that we should start right after a major surgery, while others believe that going too early can cause health complications or even aggravate a condition. Still, there is a common theme in all of the studies that shows that those who start high-impact workouts early in the day are healthier for a longer period of time.
The problem with starting a workout early is that you may not be able to stick with it. After all, we all have day jobs that prevent us from doing things as strenuous as we’d like. Also, when you’re not in a structured workout program, we tend to get bored and stop. So, if you’re not feeling motivated, don’t worry, there are many other ways to get your exercise in.

In our experience the benefits are that the elliptical or the stationary bike program is much more convenient and far less stressful. And it works better for people who tend to exercise more in the morning because they tend to be less fatigued by the evening. But the real benefits are that you get your workout in sooner, and that it works as well for people who tend to exercise more in the morning because they tend to be more fatigued by the evening.
