Fast food is a term that is mostly associated with the food industry. In fact, in my opinion, the word fast could also refer to a time in your life when you don’t feel like making the extra effort to eat a healthy meal. But, fast food bear me really describes the way in which we are used to eating. This is because fast food companies are always pushing you to eat fast and the act of eating can often feel like an action that could possibly be dangerous.
Fast food is a pretty common term and it’s basically what we are talking about when we use the word fast on a restaurant menu. Fast food bears you describe the food as fast because you want to eat fast but you feel like you would have to do something more to impress the person ordering you.

We often feel like we need to be more attentive when making a meal decision, but we often fail to do so because we feel it would be too dangerous to be more attentive. Our brains use the default set of responses to make the decision.
So while it may seem like we can do so much better, we’re often also afraid of what we’re missing out. We can control how we eat, but we can’t control how we feel about the way we ate. We can’t control how we eat in the same instance of a meal as we did before, but we can always control how we feel about it.
So we often feel hungry when we first enter a restaurant, but by the time we leave it we’re hungry again, so we don’t have the control. I think that fast food’s main purpose is to get you to eat as much as you possibly can. But on the other hand, I think that the game’s main purpose is to remind you to keep your calories in check. I hate fast food, but I hate eating more than I should.
