I know that this is in the title because it is really just an extension of the other two. I am a very food-obsessed person, and I am happy to be able to share my love of food with my readers. I don’t believe in a “self-awareness” type of approach to food.
I believe in a self-awareness approach, I just think it has to involve a little bit more of a self-awareness. Because I’m the kind of guy who eats at home and has never been in a restaurant.
I think this approach also works well because the focus of the game is on eating and not on any of the other things that go along with eating. You can be the same person who loves pizza, but not the same person who loves pasta. You can love pasta, but not love pizza. And you can be the same person who likes to eat in the middle of the afternoon, but not the same person who loves to eat when it’s dark out at midnight.
And I also know that this is a subject that is very important to you. So I hope my advice is helpful. I can’t claim to know all the details of the food you like, but I can tell you that you’re not in a position to judge anyone who does. It’s all about finding a food that you really like, and enjoying it, but not going overboard to go the extra mile.
For me, my favorite food is something called a “snack.” I like to eat it about mid-afternoon and not until midnight. I’ve tried just about everything, including cheeseburgers, pizza, and french fries. The most common thing I get is a little bite of bacon. It’s really good. If it’s the same kind of bacon I like to eat, then I go for that type of bacon.
It doesn’t need to be something you want to be eating, or something you want to eat. It just has to be something you like.
So far, Ive tried almost all of this. The snack thing is a really good one, but sometimes when I want to eat something special, my body just isn’t willing to go to that much effort. For example, once when I was craving a cheeseburger, I went for a few things and then just walked away. I feel like cheese burgers always seem to be a big, heavy bite.
I know I’m going to get a lot of flack for this. But I’ll say it again: there’s no shame in a bit of self-regard. It’s a sign that you understand what you like and what you don’t like, and just how much of that you will put into something you just might like. I know that’s not exactly a recipe for a burger, but it helps.
I can understand that a lot of people will just say something like, “what the hell are you talking about?” But a bit of self-regard can be a good thing too. I used to eat a crap ton of chocolate before I learned how to appreciate the good stuff.
If you don’t like what you are eating then your gonna have a bit of trouble trying to eat it. Especially if you are a guy. There are two main reasons for this. One, you might not be paying attention. You might be eating something that you just knew you shouldn’t be eating. Maybe you just knew you were never gonna like it. The other reason is that you are likely to forget what you are eating.
