This is the first food truck park mcallen and I am beyond excited to explore all that it has to offer. It offers everything you could ever imagine: food, beverage, and a variety of vendors to explore.

I have to say that I am in awe of the amount of variety and creativity that goes into these food trucks! Not only do they have the food trucks on an island, but they have food trucks on the water, on land, inside buildings, and even a food truck just to bring it all the way down to our table.
As a city, we have a restaurant scene that is a bit lacking, but that’s not a bad thing. There are plenty of places where you can go just to grab some food on the go and eat out. But the food trucks are a great opportunity to get out on the water.
