You might be wondering why I would recommend this book to you. Well, you dont find a book this good that easily. When I did the exercises in this book, I got a lot of really good results. I have not only learned what I use to do the bodyweight exercises, I have actually seen far more improvement in my body when I do them than I did from any other set of exercises Ive ever done.
A lot of health and fitness books focus on a set of topics. This is all about getting your ass pumped in the gym, and the exercises in this book will teach you to pump your ass. It’s not just about lifting weights. There are a lot of bodyweight exercises in this book, and the reason why I use them is to get your ass tight as a drum! This book will also teach you how to pump your ass to the max.

Now, there are a bunch of different cooldowns for different exercises. You can go from a 15-minute to a 10-minute cooldown for some exercises.
There are a bunch of different types of cooldowns for different types of exercises. For example, if you are doing a pushup then you can go from a 5-minute to a 5-minute. The reason why I like these exercises is because theres a ton of different types of pushups. A pushup is a kind of press that you do while keeping your arms straight.
