Acoustic Fit Thermodynamics (Aft) is a workout plan for those of you who like to sweat and move through our bodies in a more organic way. It’s a collection of exercises designed to sculpt, strengthen, and tone your muscular, pelvic, and abdominal muscles. You’ll also get a short workout plan with a diet and lifestyle section for those who want to get serious about their workouts.
I have a pretty simple workout philosophy, but, I guess, I just like to move. So this is my workout program. This is what I do when I am not on a computer.
Like most people, I am a very big fan of exercise, but I also like to spend as much time as I can in nature. I’ve spent most of my life living in various cities in the US and Europe and this is the way I like to spend most of my free time. This is my workout plan. This is what I do when I am not on a computer.

You can do more than just exercise. You can do a lot more than just exercise. You can do a lot more than just exercise. You can do a lot more than just exercise. At the end of the day the most important things we can do for ourselves is make the most of our time.
I know this is probably getting repetitive, but I thought I’d share a quick little exercise I do every single day to get my mind back on track. No, it’s not an acronym, but it is a little acronym.
It’s called “Accelerate”. If we take 10 seconds to do anything else in the day, we will take an average of 8.5 seconds. This is a great exercise to do because it forces you to not only do things that might be important today, but also make sure you do them each and every day. I’ve found this is useful for keeping my mind on task, for taking my mind off my stress, and for maintaining a positive attitude.
