The idea of air training your feet to help you run and/or walk is so old and the first generation of air trainers were designed for military use to help soldiers in the trenches. So you dont have to be worried about your heart rate when you’re using the 1. There is also an included foot pod with this trainer that can be worn on your feet. The pod also comes with a harness, so you can take the trainer with you on your run and use it like a normal gym shoe.
The Air Trainer One is a great fitness trainer if you want to use it on the ground, but I was surprised to see how well it performs for up-close cardio. Most of the people I have seen using this trainer have been using it on the ground, so I think its great for cardio.
You can either use the 1 as a fitness trainer or you can use it for running. I prefer the trainer to be used as a running trainer, but if you like to run, this is a great option. It has a good amount of resistance and good resistance options.

The air trainers are great for up-close cardio because the resistance is low enough to make it comfortable. Like a treadmill, the 1 has a high-resistance dial that allows you to dial in the intensity and time, as well as the amount of resistance and distance to a workout.
Another great feature of the air trainer is its ability to track your exercise. It has a nice sensor that registers your heart rate and speed, and it has a small LCD display that shows your heart rate. It also has a nice indicator on the top of the screen that tells you how much resistance you need to exercise at, and for how many reps. The LCD screen and controller can also be used to display your distance, calories burned, and heart rate.
