That’s exactly right. In my opinion, the right amount of activity is the key to a healthy lifestyle. If we are sedentary all day then we are not going to be able to exercise our muscles, and a lot of that lack of exercise can be attributed to a sedentary lifestyle. I think that’s the reason why most of us are sedentary during the summertime.
I find it quite interesting that people like to talk about the right amount of activity as if it were a simple equation. This idea is why we usually have to guess how many calories we burn in our bodies with an incorrect answer of one hundred. The equation breaks down into a very simple formula, and all you have to do is plug in your personal numbers and find the right answer.
This is a little bit like a health quiz. We all know that we burn a certain percentage of calories in the process of moving. Sometimes it’s easy to just measure calories in your body and calculate your daily resting calories, but if you’re like me, when you get home after a long day at work, you don’t usually like to go to the gym.
It’s no different with sedentary. When we think of our average daily activity level it’s one of those things that we feel pretty stupid for not being able to see the numbers on. But a lot of people fail to do this. The reason is because it’s a subjective thing. People who are more active tend to have better bodies, and for some reason, we tend to have a stronger sense of self-awareness when we are active.
This is exactly the case with some people. You may not know it, but many people who are not very active tend to be very introverted, which is to be expected of people of all ages and types. But this is also the case with people who are not very active.
I think this is partly due to a general lack of self-awareness. We tend to think we are more active if we are in a relationship or at war. This can make it hard to get people to do anything that might make them feel better about themselves. We tend to be more introverted when we are not actively involved in any activities. We tend to be more introverted in the case of our kids than in the case of other people. We tend to self-diagnose.

The problem is that we tend to only feel a certain level of self-awareness of ourselves because we tend to only feel that level of self-awareness when we are engaged in activities we arent actively involved in. This means that we arent self-aware of ourselves when we are in bed. If we were to be self-aware of ourselves when we arent in bed, we would know that we arent sleeping. This is not a good thing.
The same thing happens when you think you are in the middle of a conversation you are in the middle of, you end up talking about the activities you are not engaged in. This is even worse. We tend to be more self-aware when we are actively engaged in behaviors we arent actively involved in, and yet we tend to forget to be self-aware when we arent actively engaging in behaviors we arent actively involved in.
