This workout is for everyone, anyone with an interest in weight loss, strength training, or a fitness enthusiast. Antje is a Dutch trainer and I’m sure many of you are familiar with him. This workout combines core, bodyweight, and strength training techniques with cardio to leave you feeling like you’ve been lifted high into the air.
It’s a very simple workout, but the results are incredible. In just 30 minutes, you can have a much more defined and defined body, and the more you do it, the quicker you will feel like youre ready for the day ahead.
The workout is called MAN OF STEEL as Im sure you know what that entails, but in short, it is a workout where you do a series of exercises which are then used to build strength in your shoulders, back, chest, and back. It’s a lot like a combination of a bodybuilding routine, and a weight training routine.
The workout is pretty intense, but it’s also pretty simple. We are really excited about the results, and we will be doing MAN OF STEEL again to get stronger.
Im not sure if you know but there is a new app called Antje traue man of steel which is supposed to be a bit more intense. Its pretty much the same formula as MAN OF STEEL, but it will be an easy workout and get you stronger. We are not sure yet if Antje traue man of steel is the real deal, as we are hearing that the app might be just as intense, but if it is you can download it from the App Store.

It has a bit of a challenge. You will need to put on the best workout clothes you can find, and you will need to be a bit more active than you were before. You will also have to use a lot of weights. If you’re not a fan of weights, then you will have to skip this workout. But if you’re a fan, then you’ll want to at least try it.
Although we can’t all do this, we can all do this, in the right workout suit. And I mean that as a compliment. It is not only possible to do, but to do well enough that you’ll be able to get through this workout without complaining.
