The idea of an apprentice bodyweight workout has been around for a long time. In the past, you would think that weight training was the only thing that could make you stronger, but this new workout was designed to work your whole body. Well I guess theres something to be said for a guy who likes to stand around in a gym for hours on end, but you might want to add in some cardio.
Well this is a pretty good workout, it even includes some cardio. You will burn quite a bit of calories doing this one, and it will help you get loose, especially if you have a tendency to drop your pants when you workout. It doesn’t just work your thighs and abs, though. Your arms and chest will feel good while burning a ton of calories.
The workout is pretty simple. You just have to stand around in a gym the majority of the time for an hour, which is going to burn a ton of calories and help you get tighter. I think a lot of people just tend to do a lot of cardio while they work out and it doesnt really create much of a workout in itself, but it really helps you get loose.

Using your arms and shoulders to push things off of your back and do everything you can to hold yourself up while you do it.
