But that doesn’t mean it’s not a good workout.
Its best to find out for yourself what exercises work best for your body. If you are interested in getting a good workout, go to the gym and then do some of the workouts the trainers there are doing. Also be sure to take a few minutes after your workout to take a rest.
I like to take some time after my workout to take a shower or a nap, then grab some water, and I can then go for an hour or so of cardio that really helps me get the extra stamina I need. It is easier said than done though, especially in the morning. My brain needs a good night’s rest to function properly.
If you are a man, you can take long showers in the morning. If you are a woman, you can take a shower after your workout and get it done before you go to bed. It really isn’t that hard, although you may want to wear the equivalent of a short-shorts top, depending on how you feel.
Yes, that is really what I am saying. Just because you are a man or a woman doesn’t mean that you have to wear the equivalent of a short-shorts top to get your body to work. But if you do and the gym is in my town, you should.
