I know I am not the only person that has read this, but I just wanted to give a shout out to this girl from the website She just happened to post about this on her blog and I thought it would be a fun read.
Ariel Belgrave is a character that appears in the Star Trek franchise. She was a member of the Federation and was the first ever female Starfleet Commander. This was because she was the first female member in the franchise who wasn’t a Starfleet officer. She was also the first ever female Starfleet Commander to die.
She appeared in Star Trek: The Next Generation and most recently appeared in the original series episode “The Trouble With Tribbles” in which she was a member of the Starship USS Odyssey.
The way the series portrays Belgrave as an amnesiac is very interesting. She’s the first female member of Trek’s crew who isnt a Starfleet officer. I love how they depict her as if she was never a Starfleet officer. In the Star Trek films, she was a member of the Federation and was the first female Starfleet Commander. In the original series, she was a member of the Star Trek: The Next Generation crew and was the first female Captain of the Starship USS Voyager.
I love how Belgrave is depicted as this sort of amnesiac who can have a past and still have a present. What makes her a bit more fascinating is that she has been hiding from a life of privilege for quite a while now. She was part of the crew of the Starship USS Odyssey, which means she has to hide her past because of a long-term conflict between her and the crew.
It is a little difficult to describe, but Belgrave seems to have some sort of past. In the Star Trek universe she was the captain of the USS Voyager, a starship that was lost in the Delta Quadrant after a fleet of Federation ships discovered it. She was killed by the Federation, but she came back from the dead in an episode of Star Trek: Voyager where she appeared as a hologram and then went back to being herself.
I still find it difficult to describe, but that is the nature of the story. When Belgrave gets back from the death of her crew, she can’t quite remember who she is. She has no memory of her husband or her son, just the ship and her memories of being stranded. The crew, on the other hand, have no memory of her either. They are all in the past and she is in the present.
A lot of these issues are addressed through the use of a holographic interface that allows you to access your memories and do whatever you are able to do with them. This was a nice touch as you can now walk around your room and see your own memories, but only through the eyes of someone else. That’s where the use of the holographic interface comes in. This allows you to view and manipulate your own memories directly on screen.
While the holographic interface is certainly a nice touch, you can use it to view your entire life in a way that isn’t just your memories. This is more like watching a movie that you make yourself. You can even manipulate the holographic interface to make it look like you are in a different room than you actually are. As an added bonus, the holographic interface can be taken off-screen and used to interact with a physical monitor.
I was really impressed by the holographic interface in ariel belgrave. It was so nice and clean. I can’t wait to see if my own memories can be manipulated on the go.
