This is definitely a workout that is meant to be done while you are working out on the bike. I do it all the time, with the odd exception of when I go to the gym, and I am not allowed to work out in the park.
It may be that you want to work out at the gym, but the gym is not your trainer. The people in the gym are your trainer too. You may not want to work out with the same people as your trainer.
I hate going to the gym. The more you go, the less you like going to the gym. It’s so hard to find a gym that is clean, that has a decent amount of gyms, and that will also fit your workout schedule. I also hate the people at the gym because you have to buy a card and they charge you a ton of money and they are not that professional. They don’t use machines and they only use dumbbells.
The new gym at the mall is an interesting idea.
You could just buy a gym membership for $50 and go to the gym everyday. No need for a card and no need to worry about them charging you a ton of money. And its not as if you have to get into a gym to go to the gym. You could go to the gym and just take it easy and only get in the gym when you feel like it.
I think they should just charge you a ton of money everytime you want to use the gym. That way you could just pay for the gym and go and get your cardio done. And then when the gym is free you could go use it. And then when you are done you could go home and watch tv. Why not.

While I’m not one to suggest gyms are evil, I’m sure there are many gyms and fitness centers that are free. Maybe it will be cheaper to just charge people to go to the gym. It will still be free while they watch tv and play games. It sounds like the gym is not free though. Maybe it should be. Just charge the gym for use and then charge you for the cardio. And then you can go home and watch tv. Why not.
So what if it costs you money to go to a gym. The point is that the gym is a convenient way to get cardio exercise while also getting a fitness benefit. It’s like going to a restaurant but charging you $6.95 to get a burger. You can do it in a few minutes and save yourself lots of money.
If you go to the gym every day, you might be a healthy freak. But if you go to the gym once a week, you’re probably a complete couch potato. It is possible to be healthy and active at the same time, which is why the gym is so popular. You can burn the same calories as you run for a whole hour doing the same exercises, and you can also burn the same calories as you walk for a few blocks doing the same exercises.
