In case you’re wondering, yes, I did a back workout with cable rope in a bathtub and it was just as amazing.
All that said, the idea of using cable rope for back workouts is a bit of a stretch. You could always use a gym bar to do some of these workouts if you have a bar or two handy, but I don’t think that’s necessary. The cable rope is a more technical exercise that requires you to get in contact with it while you’re moving, and then to maintain contact with it while you’re doing other exercises.
In addition to the benefits of cable rope, it can also help you shed unwanted fat. In a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, people who spent an hour a day doing their backs every day lost an average of 5.3 pounds without any changes in diet or exercise.
Well, while this is good news, there is one caveat. The study participants were all men. But you might be able to get your hands on one of these cable ropes. For a fee, I’m sure they will be willing to help you find and hold onto one.
One of my favorite things about the cable ropes is how much I love the fact that they’re made from a material that’s lighter than wood and has a similar texture. The rope is made from nylon, which is the same material used in airplane wings, and so you know it’s a good thing to keep in your kitchen.
One of the things that Im excited about with back workout equipment is that it allows you to move with a bit of control and precision. Im not sure if the cable ropes are the same type of thing you can find in your kitchen but if so, it definitely would be a great addition to your workout routine. And if you’re a guy, you can just use a kitchen broom to get your hands on one.
The idea is that you would take a cable rope and use it to move your body to exercise. You would wrap the rope around your body at the front of your thighs and then loop it around your arms. This would allow you to move in a controlled manner while still maintaining a good amount of power. After you have the rope in your hands, its up to you to do your part. You can do cardio, interval training, or whatever you want.
This is very similar to a rope trick you see in the film The Lost Tapes. In that film, the filmmakers used a rope to get a guy to perform a back-bend. Unfortunately, during that trick they didn’t give the guy a chance to use his body weight. Instead they just let the rope fall on his chest and then they just let go of his chest and allowed him to do the backbend with his body weight.
In fact, this is the trick you’ll see in the new trailer for the game Deathloop. The trick is to use your own body weight to simulate the rope trick, but with no rope or weight involved. The idea is that you’ll be doing the back-bend while using just your own body weight. You can do any combination of exercises, but the idea is to get as much time as you can in your body as you can.
