Will banded step ups Ever Rule the World?

This banded step up is great for people with more than one foot or leg and/or those with lower back pain. This is one of my favorite ways to up my walking and fitness level.

It has the added bonus of being super fun and super quick. As long as you don’t have any other steps, you can always hop up onto the banded platform. You can also turn it into a step-up by stepping on it. If you want to turn it into a step-up, just do a single step on the platform and then hop up onto the platform.

This step up is also great for people who are in pain. It helps you to get up and down from a sitting position. It also helps you to strengthen your lower back.
