This basketball player body is one of the most popular body types in the gym in the U.S. and it’s not even a popular one in other countries. In fact, the body type is so controversial that the vast majority of people who are familiar with the style don’t even know what we are talking about.
You might think the body types are just all about muscle and size, but if you compare players to their body types, you will see the body types are usually about the same. The players also tend to be fairly large, which again makes them a tough combo that you have to work with.
The point is that body types are a pretty common thing. Basketball players tend to have body types that are similar to the ones of the athletes they play along with. For instance, a player of the same weight class will have a body type that is similar to the one of the athlete he plays with. This happens because the body type is simply a way to scale up or down as necessary.
I know I’ve put this video together as a reminder to myself to work on my body type too. I think it’s a pretty good analogy that could work for any body type. If you’re too fat, you’re going to get a little bit of a big head, like the one of the video’s lead guy, and if you’re too skinny you get a little bit of a small head, like the one of the video’s lead guy.
I also like how even though the video is about basketball players, it shows the difference in the way they talk. The video lead guy talks like a college basketball player, but the video lead guy talks like a body builder. Not a bad way to put it, but a bit over the top.
This is exactly what I meant. You can tell from the way people talk that they are either overweight, overly skinny, or just extremely normal (or even a little bit different). Body types definitely help to make the whole thing even more interesting.
As a person who does not have a body type, I am just a bit torn about how I would classify myself. If I was a body builder, I probably wouldn’t be able to have the same body type as the video lead guy. I don’t know about you, but for me, I would consider myself a lot more like a skinny guy (which is how I prefer to identify myself) than I would feel like I am a fat guy.
In basketball, body types are important. I think it is because of the way the game is played. When basketball is played as a team, the body type of the players determines the type of shots they are likely to make. When players are on the bench, their bodies are used to help the team score. I understand this is subjective, but I think the body types are there to make both teams better.
Basketball is about more than just the “body” of the player. The game is also about strength and speed, and being able to shoot effectively during a game. The reason you can get a bunch of rebounds is because the player who made the first shot also made the second shot. If both players took their turns, both players would have to make shots in order to have a shot at scoring a basket.
Just because you’re a good player doesn’t mean you can’t use the body of the player you are playing. You can get a lot of rebounds because you have a body that can rebound. In basketball you can use the body of an elite player to get a lot of rebounds, and it’s something you can’t do in other sports.
