Beachbody is a very popular workout app for teens and adults. It has become quite the workout simulator, but it’s not a very “active” workout. In fact, if you’ve been training for a long time and your heart rate is too low for your workout goals, then you can just head over to the beach and do a lap around the pool.
The best way to get the cardio and the warm-up you need and feel good about what you are doing is to head over to the beach and run, swim, or bike to the pool. You can use your beachbody control track to increase your heart rate and intensity. There are many things you can do with your beachbody control track, but one of the best ways to start using it is by running. Running just feels good and is one of the best cardiovascular exercises you can do.
Running is great for building endurance, but it also builds your strength because it allows you to move more quickly than you could if you were doing a sit-up. So as you run, try to keep your body moving at a steady pace. Keep your head up, eyes forward, and you should be good to go.

This is an awesome discovery, and I’m so excited to share it with you! If you don’t already know, Beachbody has a great track you can download for free called Beachbody Control Track. I’m going to use a very simple example to explain what it does. Imagine you have a large collection of different workout videos and you want to use your time on YouTube to do exercises you find interesting.
I will explain how this works in a moment. First, let’s say you have a video of a man doing a “run,” and you want to add another video of a woman running. You know what, you can actually make both videos in the same video. You can cut the woman’s part in between and combine it with the man’s.
This is a bit of a trick because you can’t make just a video of one person doing a run and another video of another person doing the same run. Both videos have to be in the same video. However, you can combine videos like this in your next video.
This is actually one of the more cool things we’ve accomplished in the game since its inception. After creating a list of all the possible combinations for everyone to try, we were able to make a video of the first female to run, and a video of the first male to run, and then a video of both. In this video, both videos are in the same video.
