I’m not going to lie. I’m not about to suggest that you skip the bike ride, start your cardio workout, and then walk up to your pool. But this will help get you in the best shape you can be during the week of your workout.
First of all, you want to make sure your pump and vascularity are up to par. If they aren’t, then you can expect your body to respond to a workout routine by having less oxygen and water to the muscles. In the same way that you can’t do a workout without warming up, you won’t be able to pump and maintain a cardiovascular level that makes it through a workout routine.

This will help you to maintain the same level of fitness that you had before you started the workout. If it helps to pump with your blood, then you can do it during your workout too.
There are several things that can go wrong with this plan. First, you need to start with a nice warm body. Second, this would be a great way to improve your circulation so that it stays as good as it was before you started your workout. Third, you might feel a little bit sick to your stomach after your workout. You should be able to handle this by stopping and getting some water. Fourth, you should be hungry after your workout (or something like that).
After you’ve got all of that down, you should eat a nice meal. We recommend a nice burger or a nice plate of pizza. Then, you can just continue to walk around the gym. You should keep your cardio going even after you’ve eaten.
