When you spend an hour a day, 5 days a week, doing strength training, you’re actually doing more damage to your body than you do when you perform the same number of cardio exercises. First and foremost, youre more likely to injure yourself when you try to do aerobics on your own. If you want to do aerobics and lift weights, then you need to hire a trainer. Second, you actually have to be able to lift the weights.
A trainer will give you a set of dumbbells for your workout, a barbell for your bench press, and a machine for your deadlift. You also have to be able to lift the barbell and machine and set them up properly. The idea is to have the athlete be able to maintain the weights at a level that will burn calories over a certain amount of time.
And then you can play the game, and the game will record your exercise and you can see what your body looks like while you’re doing it.
