I know that’s not a word, but this is a thing that I do! I work out on my own using my own bodyweight and the best equipment I can get my hands on, I’ve recently started using the new, but still mostly unused, bro split workout machine.
I have been doing it for about a month now and it definitely looks like it will be improving my general health and conditioning. I have been doing it in my basement and it’s been awesome.
It’s a bit of a stretch for me to say that it’s a “thing”, but bro split is a workout that is designed for people who are either obese or who have a large amount of body fat. I guess its like a CrossFit for fat people (minus the CrossFit). It’s basically a weighted pull-up bar that you use to do push-ups and pull-ups.
I hear it’s pretty easy to do, and it sounds like a lot of pain, but you know if you’ve been doing it for a while you can tell it’s really going to help you.
I’ve been doing bro split for about a year now, and I have to say that it’s been my favorite workout. Its a great cardio workout for people who are obese or have a large amount of body fat or are on the borderline of being obese. It’s also a great abdominal exercise to strengthen and tone the abs. And it makes you feel really good, which is always a plus. Also, the last time I did this workout I got a big abs in the end.
For the first few weeks I would do it 4 times a week, then it got a little bit easier and easier to do, but after a week or two I started to feel like I could do it an unlimited number of times without it really being super bad. The key to success is consistency. Just because you feel great, don’t feel great.
The key to success is to do it a lot enough. And to do it consistently. I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know, you get the idea. But I want to be real and honest about this. You need to push yourself and you need to keep pushing yourself to the point where you feel good.
Just because you feel fantastic, you dont have to feel fantastic for the rest of your life. Everyone has a limit.
For the last year, I’ve been training my body to do things like pushups, squats, weighted leg raises, and even some dead lifts. I’ve also changed up my diet and made some new recipes. But in the past month or so, I’ve increased my training intensity. To be honest, I feel better and a lot more energy. I’m actually quite happy with my progress. And for me, that’s all that matters.
