I am not a runner and I have yet to start running for a new exercise regimen. However, I have tried to maintain a running habit for years, so I know what it is like to start something new. In my experience, I have found that I tend to have a hard time finding the motivation to stick to a new regime.
Well, I guess you could say that I have a hard time finding the motivation to stick to a new regime. I have been running for a few weeks now, and I still have not had the motivation to stick to my new routine. But I have discovered that it is indeed possible to get yourself motivated to do something new. For instance, recently I started a new exercise regime and I noticed that I really enjoyed the workout I had before.
Well, I guess it’s possible to have the motivation when you’re doing something new. Unfortunately, it does take a lot of effort to get motivated, especially when you’re trying to get yourself to stick to a new regime.
However, you can get yourself motivated to get you through a new regime. Just do something new every day for a week. That will get you motivated. I think that is the best way to do it.
Well, it’s also the best way to do it when youre doing something new. You get motivated when you do something new and you can’t stop doing it.
