C4 is based on the principle that the body needs calories to survive. A calorie is a molecule of fuel for the body, or a unit of energy that gives you the energy to do something. To lose weight, you need to restrict the number of calories a person eats for a while. When you do this the body starts burning calories at a slower rate than before, allowing you to lose fat at a faster pace. This is one of the most basic and effective ways to lose weight.
It sounds like you’re getting into the health benefits of not eating too much for a while first. I don’t know about you, but I’d much rather have a little extra calories than not having them at all.

Most people who have tried it have found that it makes them fat, and people who want to lose weight should stick to a real diet where they exercise.
There are a couple of ways to get it. The first is to buy the C4 as a powder, with water. The second way is to take it in an injection, and then eat two pills a day. This is also probably the best way to get it, but is actually very dangerous. It is very easy to overdose it, and you risk not only getting fat, but possibly having a heart attack.
