The video is great because it covers exactly what you need to know to get the best out of your workout. The most important information seems to be that you should do this workout with a friend or family member. It will also teach you how to properly set up a treadmill for a proper workout (in that you need to find a place with a proper incline and a place to rest on), how to perform a proper warm up, and what to do when you reach your workout goals.

So is it going to be easier to get the recommended workout plan if you have a friend, or someone with similar fitness goals to you? I think it’s safe to say that the latter is the case, but I’m sure there will be some exceptions. So yeah, the key to this video is finding a place to go to get the right workout. That alone will help you improve your fitness in the long run.

I’ve seen this one before, but they just re-upped it from its original $5.99 price tag. It’s a simple workout program that includes exercises you can do at home on your own.
