I will start my day with a big smile and some good news. I will then make an effort to feel good and smile too. This will help me start the day in a positive way. If I feel like I’m fighting an inner battle, then I will make a plan for it. I will continue to fight the battle, but I will make sure it doesn’t get me in trouble.

The best thing to do is to remind yourself of how positive and happy you feel about whatever you are doing, and try to remind yourself of that when you feel down. It will help you feel better about yourself and give you the motivation to get back on track.
