I think the chest cable workouts are great but they are kind of slow. I would highly recommend the other chest cable workouts as well. They seem to be doing a lot more than me, but I think they are still worth a shot.
I don’t know about you, but some of my best cardio has been done while lying on the couch and drinking beer. I’m a total couch-warmer so I love this. I don’t know about you, but if I don’t work out I don’t really get all that much done. I’m in recovery mode after a year and a half of being in a wheelchair. I can tell you that I have never been as productive in any other activity as I was through recovery. That’s because my mind, heart, and body have been so busy focusing on recovery that I rarely think about anything else.
