When I first met the owner, he told me that he would like me to make a dish that would be a little different from his typical Chinese food. The name was a little bit of a joke, but as I tasted it, I knew that it would be tasty and different! It was also delicious and different from what I knew of Chinese food.

I can’t say that I am actually a big fan of chinese food, but this recipe looks great and I wish I had the ingredients for it so I could change it to the dish I love.
