I’ll admit this one has been a bit of a hot topic lately, and my personal opinion is that I think it’s a great topic to discuss. I think we can all agree that eating well, and not eating much junk food, is a good thing for our health and our environment. So, here’s my take on clean eating.
When I think about eating clean, I think of food, not people. I think of food as something that we should all try to be eating and not just eating. So its food that we should all try to be eating and not just eating.
In his book The Diet Myth, Dr. Phil Dietrich, professor of nutrition at New York University, says that many people who have a healthy diet do not necessarily think about what they eat, but rather what they do. “They think about what they eat as a reflection of what’s going on in their current situation,” he says. “They think about it as a means of self-control.
What we do when we eat is a proxy for what we are about to do. If we see something as a reflection of our current goal we are more likely to have a positive response to it. If we see something as a means to our current goal, then we are more likely to have a negative response to it.
A large amount of the meat consumed on our planet is produced from livestock. And like any good vegetarian, we try to eliminate all sources of livestock from our diet. By doing this, we are eliminating the most probable sources of carcinogens we can in our bodies.
The problem is that, as I’ve mentioned before, you can’t really eliminate everything. So what you can do is to eliminate those foods that are high on the list of carcinogenic foods. For example, beef and other beef-based meats (or hamburgers, for that matter) are among the most carcinogenic foods, and so eliminating beef from your diet is a good way to reduce your cancer risk.
One easy way to do this is to look for foods that are high on the list of cancer-causing foods. I would recommend choosing a diet that is mostly plant-based, and avoid eating grains, sugars, and animal products.
The way I’ve been eating the past few years has been as a vegetarian. I’ve gone a little crazy though as far as what I’m eating, so I’ve taken the vegetarian thing to mean vegetarian everything. That means every kind of meat, every sweet, and every fruit and vegetable. Even when I’m eating meat, I don’t really think about it as meat. I think about it as something that’s not meat, but is more like meat-like in texture.
Now you could be forgiven for thinking that vegetarians were the only people out there. Well, actually, we’re not the only people out there.
I mean, sure, people are vegetarians, and they are, but a lot of meat eaters, and even meat eaters who are just into it more than others, are also vegetarians. I think it’s a bit arrogant to think you can’t be both. You could be, but you’d have to be pretty good at it.
