I don’t remember the last time I took a core workout outside because I don’t do that as much as I used to. I don’t really like the idea of doing core exercises in the yard because I have no idea if I did them right. However, I have begun incorporating core exercises in my daily routine and they are working out great. I have started to get the upper body toning I need for cardio.
