The Cornell Food Venture Center is an initiative that I have been a part of for the last two years. It is a non-profit that gives students and young professionals the opportunity to learn about the food industry while providing an outlet to support local food production. Each month, I host a dinner for 20 local chefs, who share their passions and knowledge with their fellow students and young professionals.
I’m often asked if I work with these young people each month. I always say yes, but I also tell them that what they learn is valuable and that we are all doing this to help improve the world.
